This negative article seems like an exciting overview of a promising field (in better hands, of course!).
Bottom line: Paper terrorism works, lawfare works, and Sovereign Citizens manage to waste an enormous amount of time for the injustice system. A little more of this could make the whole thing grind to a halt. It worked in the USSR!
And the erudite author himself concludes, bandaids aside, the only solution is to actually begin fixing the criminality that makes Sovereign Citizen ideas so attractive in the first place (and ease more people into non-State arbitration)!
What better haskama could anyone hope for?!
So, the risks may far outweigh the benefits for most, but if the situation is dire and severe anyway (you may have an idea of the conviction rate!), tweaking these ideas may not be so crazy, after all…
