בענין נסיונות הריגול השונות לטובת איראן.

המדינה שונאת תחרות ועל כן השלטון הבריטי-המתחדש מקנא לכבוד עצמו ומחפש להסיט את המבט מהמלחמה הכוללת נגדנו שממשיכה בלי תלות בבחירות ושאר הסחות הדעת. רק למדינה הרשות לתת לאויבי ישראל נשק, להפגש אתם, להזין אותם, לכרות להם ברית, לרצוח באמירה לעכו”ם בעזה, וכו’ וכו’.

נסיונות בגידה בעם היהודי באופן עצמאי ומבוזר נחשבים למרידה. לא מרידה בעם ישראל, אלא בצרעת שלקחה עליה פטרונות, וע”כ הדבר מקבל פרסום בתקשורת המגויסת.

Let’s hope (mitigated institutional dis-)honesty becomes the new norm!

And if already wishing for the moon, I wish famous Jews would cease self-representing as effective mediators of Hashem and/or His plenitude, when in honest moments they know their puny worth and negligible credit line in Hashem’s eyes, the source of uncompromising Truth. A lot more of this: “ואיני ראוי והגון לכך, לא מיניה ולא מקצתיה”, yes. But conveyed often enough and in such a way the readers believe the truth (i.e., not undermining these phrases with constant, unnatural false pretensions: ‘rebbishe zachen’ and its equivalents in all communities), instead of labeling those rare reveals as saintly “humility”.
