Before you ask someone a question, it’s only respectful and smart to first examine the man’s writings on the topic to at least understand his basic approach. So, please use the “search” function on this site before asking your question, (and try to use English keywords first).
I’m not saying this site says enough about anything, or even that it addresses everything briefly, or to spend a great deal of time, but at least try. Search “rabbi” or “brisk”, or “mussar” or “ברלנד”. Then build upon that.
