Lishmah: Action Does Not Stem From Rational Justification

We have explained this several times in Hebrew (אין טעם ברצון).

So now in English:

“If I have exhausted the justifications, I have reached bedrock and my spade is turned. Then I am inclined to say: ‘This is simply what I do.”

Actions are their own reward. Inaction is its own reward.
