I suggest the “Uzchartem” people set up a booth with various kinds of Techeiles (Tallis Gadol to make more shturem). Put it on the sidewalk (public property) outside some institution of self-satisfied Charedi “Bnei Torah”, and cheerfully offer the mitzva to all passersby with the weird, infectious enthusiasm of Chabad. (And film it all surreptitiously.)
