What the IDF Rushed to Save on October 7

It wasn’t the people being killed meters away. A damning revelation.

According to first-hand testimony reported on Channel 12, the IDF dispatched a special intel recovery unit to the scene the day of the massacre.

Their sole mission was to collect all recorded footage of the attack.
This includes GoPros from dead terrorists, closed-circuit security footage, dash cams from vehicles, and even cell phones from deceased victims.
The unit was provided with cell phones without SIM cards and was ordered not to use their own cell phones during the operation.
Additionally, each team member was immediately promoted to the rank of officer, enabling greater freedom of movement when facing challenges from local authorities at the scene.
Every cellular device, DVR player used to play CCTV footage, and vehicle dash cam was confiscated by this team and transferred to a temporary office in Tel Aviv.

Which begs the question — Why was it such a priority to confiscate footage before the blood was dry?
What is the Israeli government hiding from us?
Who exactly are they protecting?
