I was recently there and I can testify the illiterates they pay to discard the Genizah were not only throwing away perfectly good books people pay money for, with open shelf space yet available, they even got rid of their very own siddurim, with the ownership stamp!
Not to mention, who knows if they handle Genizah the way they should…
