My analysis of wicked companies is usually “לאו עכברא גנב אלא חורא גנב”. Since “government of the rich by the rich for the rich” refuses to perish from the earth, it is at fault for enabling so-called “private” scandals!
One can explain this at length, and give alternate schemes of causation, but the logical principle doesn’t change.
