How did you first discover Hyehudi.org?

I came across it through a link shared on a Torah forum (or maybe via a footnote on another blog). I was intrigued by the strong editorial voice and the mix of new and reprinted material.

What would you change about Hyehudi.org? (Specific feedback is helpful.)

Less about economics, more respect for Talmidei Chachomim
i can’t think of anything to change. many of the things you say i don’t agree with but that is why i read your blog.
slightly less intellectual (sometimes i feel like it’s a little over my head)
an explanation of why there is no vowel letter between the H and the y. is it pronounced HAY-yehudi?

If you could work out a way to send all items as attachments to emails. I ask for ones that look interesting – but I probably miss a lot b/c Netfree censors. Also, the AI stuff is not really very interesting.

Also a lot of the sites you link are blocked by Netfree. If you would print to PDF and attach the articles, that would also be useful.

What would make you visit more often?

שגיאות רבות נעשו, חבר  —

אם תתוודה, אולי עוד נתגבר.

 

שגיאה הייתה, את ההר להחזיר,

שגיאה, את איזור הסיני להפקיר,

 

שגיאה, על הסכמי אוסלו לחתום,

שגיאה, לפנות את כפר דרום,

 

על חורבן עמונה יבכו דורות

ועל מאחזים, מרובים מפרוט

 

על שופטים ושוטרים מקפחי העם,

עוצרים כשרים, דנים דין שונאם,

 

על כתבים וקריינים

אשר כל מגן על העם מגנים,

 

ויש גם סופרים ואקדמאים,

אותם לא לטוב תזכור ירושלים  —

 

אם ישרוד זיכרון תחת שבט כובש,

שתולדות נכבשיו ממהר לטשטש!

 

מפתה היה לחשוב כי הצר

הוא אדם כערכנו, אותו אפשר

 

לפייס בטובות, בעוד אלוהיו

Even R’ Dovid Leibel Doesn’t Support Going to the IDF (at present)!

My evidence is this YT video where he says so himself, posted to his own YT channel (titled “הרב דוד לייבל: “זה מה שצריך לקרות כדי שנתגייס):

The heads of the IDF didn’t actually de-Shemadify the army, even according to him (yet).

Note: Unsure what happens in reality in his Hesder yeshiva or the “Kodkod” program, though. Sadly, I don’t think Rabbi D. Leibel deserves much respect, as I demonstrated his character here (Hebrew).
