No Such Thing as ‘Gezel Sheina’

This “important concept” invented by the Mussarites is baloney.

Saying something in Yiddish does not make it Kosher, translating into Latin doesn’t make it Classical, and pretending your idea is hallowed by structuring it in rabbinic Hebrew doesn’t make it correct.

Note: It’s not “stealing”, just as there is no such thing in Halacha as “intellectual property”, but this doesn’t necessarily permit disturbing a neighbor’s sleep or copying his work.
